Easy assembly Service
Our Easy Assembly Service is at at-home service that includes unpacking of the fireplace crate, installation, placement and testing of your new SERO fireplace at a date to suit you. It also includes removal of any rubbish (shipping crate, packaging) and first lighting of your fireplace. Power connection (UK mains) should be in place in your home prior to your installation.

Can I choose a day for this service?
Yes, once you have purchased your SERO fireplace and this service, we will contact you once your fireplace is built to arrange a day of delivery and install to suit you.
Is there any construction work involved?
No, SERO fireplaces are assembly only and require no construction work or chimney connection. This service means the assembly and first lighting of your fireplace is done for you.
